# Can not active Trial license

I have installed FIO on my laptop, but I can not activate the trial license, I got an error as picture below, please help me. Thanks.

Hi @phuoc.huynhduy,

This looks like a problem related to your proxy settings. Factory I/O uses Windows default proxy configuration, meaning that no additional setup should be required.

In this case, what do I need to do to solve this point? I have disabled the proxy but the issue still appears.
