Control IO stop responding,how can I solve this problem? ---

Hello @a.birgul, Could you please detail your issue? Do you get any error message? Or does Control I/O just stop responding? At what point does it stop responding? Right when you run it? Or after some time? If you could share images of the problem, that would be helpful. ---

Actually I send you an e-mail. It’s happening as shown in the image I’ve attached. The Control IO application isn’t responding. However, there’s no issue with Factory IO. Control IO is selected in the Driver section, but the application won’t open. ---

Hello @a.birgul, I checked, and I see you emailed us. I replied to your email last week. Did you, perhaps, not receive it? Regarding your issue, please send me the log file. To get it, go to **C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Control IO**. Here, you should have a file named " **log.txt**". Please send me that file. ---

Furthermore, I was unable to run it manually. Control IO is not responding. I shared the files address. I explained in last e-mail. Best regards ---

Hello @a.birgul, Please try deleting the Control I/O configuration folder to reset its settings. The folder can be found at '_C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Real\_Games\Control\_IO.exe\_StrongName\_a2hyva2mulm3nkb2wfqwuojekked2ezz_ '. I believe you’ve mentioned this in a previous email, but I’d like to confirm: have you tried reinstalling Factory I/O? ---

Yes, I reinstalled the programme earlier, but it didn’t work. I also deleted the folder at the address you mentioned, but the problem hasn’t been resolved. ---

I uninstalled the Factory IO program, then reinstalled it after removing all add-ons and extensions. This time, I launched the Control IO section from the external drives section.
