# Factory io v2.4 will not start

I am using VMware Workstation v16.24. I checked the 3d acceleration, increased Ram to 16GB but it will still not start. Here is the log file below. please help

Hi.  
The log seems fine as nothing looks out of the ordinary.  
Please check if a crash report was generated and can be found at `C:/Users/<username>/AppData/Local/Temp/Real Games/Factory IO/Crashes`. If found, please send it back to through the [contact form](https://realgames.co/contact-us).  
You should also check that you have installed the latest drivers for your graphics device on the VM host.
