# Factory IO with PLCSIM V20 and Tia Portal V20

Hello everyone,  
I hope you can help me because I have successful connect between Factory IO with PLCSIM V20 but problem now is when I press any button it seem not link to my Tia portal program. Nothing work. Could you help me solve this issuse.

It is possible to connect S7 1500 and Factory IO using TIA PORTAL V20.

You have to use the known template but don’t use PLCSIM. For the 1500 you must use PLCSIM Advanced. Create an instance named “factoryio” and configure PLCSim Advanced under Factory IO. It works great.
