Greetings,

I am having trouble establishing communication with Factory I/O using TIA Portal version 19. Is there a template compatible with this version?

How can I resolve this issue?

What problems are you having? We need a little more details. I tested Factory IO with the newest TIA version and didn’t have any problems. No template needed.
