Let’s look at a contribution to Factory IO. This consists of a machine that optimizes orders so that, of all the requested orders, it will only complete the ones it can within a certain number of pieces, as long as there are minimal leftover pieces.
As an extra for more advanced students, orders must be ordered from highest to lowest or vice versa. I think this project is very good for understanding programming from a different perspective.
I’ll share the scene at the end of the exercise, provided I see interest from people. However, you can always request it by email if you’re interested.
