Contribution to the factory io project 85 (Recording data for sorting machine on HMI)

Hello:

I wanted to show the students that it’s possible to use high-level languages on an HMI display using scripts. To do so, I’m going to redo this project I already completed with .NET, but this time using scripts. I’m going to replace the artificial vision with three color detectors and demonstrate that, even with limitations, specific functions can be programmed on an HMI display that will take your projects to a higher level.

Of course, we’ll complete this interesting project on database records with all the construction details possible…

As you can see, what I always tell you is that students should learn to think, not memorize. This is what a self-taught person tells you.

I think the scene has already been shared without detectors, but I’ll share this completed one at the end.

Greetings

Hello:

A new machine has been designed, and while it doesn’t qualify as a new contribution to the FACTORY IO project, we’ll at least document it.

The machine lifts the box and drops it onto supports, sends a pallet underneath, the box falls onto the pallet, and then moves to the output area.

As you can see, with a little imagination, we can design machines that work perfectly.

Regards.
