I’m trying to activate a siemens license I recently bought, but I keep getting the following error:

Error Accessing license server. Error: TrustFailure (Authentication failed, see inner exception).

I’m trying to do this on a VMWare VM where we have all our siemens software, also all our internet access at work is trough Zscaler.

I suspect that something is blocking Factory I/O from reaching the license server. We have used VMWare VM without any issues. However, I’m not familiar with Zscaler. I would recommend that you contact support (support [at] realgames.pt) in order to get assistance.
