Licensing problem

Today my license stopped working, I had it installed on two pc since several days(used one at the time). It states in the portal I have a static license on one laptop (that is not used much) but it stopped working on the other (that I need). How to reset license? TIA

Thanks Bruno, I already sent an email with my license number yesterday waiting for an answer from support.


Problem solved thanks to Rita. However I would like to know what happened, to avoid this to happen again.
