PLCSIM V19 connects to Factory IO but not working

Hello everyone

i have trouble with my simulation factory IO. I have followed the steps to connect to Factory IO, and I have successfully connected, but I cannot perform a simple simulation. My lights are off but the condition is connected to PLCSIM. i am use factory io 2.2.3 and TIA Portal V19

Any idea why this happens?

Welcome to the forum!

Factory I/O 2.2.3 was released about 5 years before TIAPortal V19, and as such, it might not be ready to properly communicate with it.
Could you update your Factory I/O to the latest version? Or is there some reason to use such an older version of Factory I/O?
