Problem with rising edge

I’m having a problem between TIA Portal and Factory.io. I triggered a rising edge on a sensor, specifically a box that stops in front of the sensor while the turntable is being positioned to convey the next box. At that moment, while the box is waiting in front of the sensor, I triggered another rising edge on that sensor. On the TIA Portal side, I see the box count memory incrementing several times. What could be causing this? I’ve tried everything, but nothing works
