Tia portal v18 with factory i/o

Hello!

I have a problem with TIA PORTAL V18 and Factory. I don’t why the simulation doesn’t work, I already did all the steps in both software, but when I try to do the simulation the buttons and the conveyors don’t work. Someone know if Factory is compatible with TIA PORTAL V18?

Which Controller do you use? Because I’m using a S7-1200 and TIA v18 and I have no issues with FactoryIO.
