Control I/0 not starting

When I create or open a project, I apo il divers => control I / O but it tells me it’s about to start … it doesn’t happen …
I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything but I have the same problem, what do I do?
is it because I have the trial version?

That’s right.
You must have a license, of a serial-code otherwise it won’t start.
