Hello,
I have paid for the ultimate version of factory io, however when I go into my licenses in the Program, it tells me that it expired on Saturday. I dont understand, because the program worked perfectly on Friday and on Saturday I didn’t even use it.
The account is administrated by my teacher, and when he checked his account to see if the license expired it said it was unlimited.
I attempted uninstalling the program then reinstalling it again, unfortunately this did nothing as when I installed it again it came up with the same license and everything.
Please help! Thank you so much.
