I’m trying to connect my Codesys project to FactoryIO. Once I make sure everything in my codesys looks right, I go to FactoryIO and, when selecting in the drivers window my pc at OPCServer, it appears the following error:

OPC CLIENT DA/UA
Endpoint does not support the user identity type provided

And I do not have any idea about how to solve this and get both apps connected properly.
I would appreciate some help.

Hi @therealmakako,

It looks like your OPC server does not allow anonymous users. I recommend that you follow steps 13, 14 and 15 of this tutorial: Setting up CODESYS OPC UA (SP17 or higher) - FACTORY I/O
