Probleme E/S conflit

Hello, I’m using TIA Portal v16 + MHJ-PLC-Lab-Function-S71500. My project has 47 inputs, 95 outputs, and 15 analog I/O pins. My problem is that some of my inputs work in TIA, but others don’t return from the factory IO. I thought I saw online that it was possible to increase the number of inputs/outputs in MHJ-PLC? Is that true? If so, how do I do it?

Hello @user47,

Welcome to the forum!
This is an international forum, so I’d like to kindly ask you to write your posts in English, please.

Hello @user47,

Thank you for translating your post!
I’m sorry, I’m not sure I understand your setup, so I’d like to ask a few questions so that I can help you.
By saying that you are using the MHJ-PLC-Lab-Function-S71500, do you mean that you are using the template available on our documentation page?
From what you describe, I assume you are using PLCSIM. Is this correct?
Could you please share some images of your issue? The driver configurations in Factory I/O as well as the configurations of the PLC might be helpful.

Hello @user47,

Thank you for the images, they were very helpful!

It seems like you have some addresses that overlap.
You have I4.0 and an ID4 set in Factory I/O. This means that both tags are trying to write to the same address. To solve this, you’ll have to set the analog inputs to start at 6 so that they don’t overwrite any of the digital inputs.
However, PLCSIM has some limitations when it comes to the number of I/O points you can have. If Factory I/O doesn’t let you set a higher offset, try to reduce the Count.

I hope this helps.
