Tank Level Fill PLCSIM not reading inputs or outputs

I’m using PLCSIM S7-300. On other scenes I can input and output all types of data.

It’s only on “Level Control” scene that I can input/output discrete, but both DWORD and WORD are unable to pass along any data to or from PLCSIM.
