I tried first time to connect Factory I/O to PLCSIM Advanced in TIA V16. According to documentation and tutorial, I am sure, I have done it right.
Everything is running, but I get " ERROR CODE:-4, DoesNot Exist"
Does anyone have an idea why it is not working?
I have both, PLCSIM and FACTORY IO started as Administrator. Did not help!

Have you tried changing the instance name in PLCSIM Advanced to ‘factoryio’ (instead of ‘ANLAGENNAME’)?
If you want to keep the name you previously used, the instance name also needs to be modified in Factory I/O. You can do this by writing drivers.siemens_s7plcsim.instance_name = ‘newname’ on the console.
