Hi,

I bought factoryio and got a serial key form XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. I want to activate it as a floating licence, but I don’t know where to aktivate this key to get a share code. In my account there ist only the Information: No licences available. When I use the code in factory io it is activated as a standalone licence.

Can you help me?

Hi,

Your license is linked to the email you used during purchase. Sign in at factoryio.com, then go to My Account, and next click on the Licenses tab. Now, select your serial key and you will see your share code displayed there.
