Apres réinitialisation de mon laptop, j’ai réinstallé mon Factory I/O,
mais le logiciel me dit qu’il ne trouve pas la clé d’activation !!
j’ai parcourue tout le forum mais pas de solution (les instruction ne focntionnent pa).
j’ai également envoyé un mail au support mais toujours pas de solution !!
Pouvez-vous svp m’aider car j’ai absolument besoin de factory I/O pour continuer ma formation sur Tia Portal.

sorry, but i already sent an english message, but I had no reply to solve my problem.
In fact, I reset my laptop, and install again Factory I/O then enter my license key,
but Factory I/O doesn’t find my licence key.
I read all the forum community Factory I/O but it didn’t solve my problem.
I absolutly need to activate my factory I/O to following my training TIA Portal with Factory I/O.
Can you help, please.
