I have downloaded Factory IO portable and unable to see any function blocks in Control IO configuration. Am i missing anything? Please refer to the attachment and advice.

By default Windows blocks zip archives containing executable code. You must unblock it first before extracting it: right-click on factoryio.portable-latest.zip, click on Properties, and check Unblock.
