ARM64 (Copilot+ PC) Support

For those who have purchased a Copilot+ PC (aka Windows on Arm or Arm64 chip), you can prevent hangs/crashes in Factory I/O by updating the emulation settings.

Steps:

1. Quit Factory IO
2. In the start menu, right-click on the Factory IO icon and select Properties
3. Click on the Compatibility tab
4. Click on the Change emulation settings button
5. Find and click on the dropdown showing Default and change to Strict execution
6. Click on the OK buttons to close the dialog boxes.
7. Launch Factory IO
