Control IO stop responding,how can I solve this problem?

Do you get any error message? Or does Control I/O just stop responding?
At what point does it stop responding? Right when you run it? Or after some time?
If you could share images of the problem, that would be helpful.
thank you for your response. Actually I send you an e-mail. It’s happening as shown in the image I’ve attached. The Control IO application isn’t responding. However, there’s no issue with Factory IO. Control IO is selected in the Driver section, but the application won’t open.

I checked, and I see you emailed us. I replied to your email last week. Did you, perhaps, not receive it?
Regarding your issue, please send me the log file. To get it, go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Control IO. Here, you should have a file named "log.txt ". Please send me that file.

However, there are no files at the address you specified (C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Control IO). Furthermore, I was unable to run it manually. Control IO is not responding. I shared the files address. I explained in last e-mail.

Please try deleting the Control I/O configuration folder to reset its settings.
The folder can be found at 'C:\Users<user>\AppData\Local\Real_Games\Control_IO.exe_StrongName_a2hyva2mulm3nkb2wfqwuojekked2ezz '.
I believe you’ve mentioned this in a previous email, but I’d like to confirm: have you tried reinstalling Factory I/O?
Yes, I reinstalled the programme earlier, but it didn’t work. I also deleted the folder at the address you mentioned, but the problem hasn’t been resolved.
