Factory I/O v2.5.1 is now available for download. This update includes several bug fixes and overall improvements.

Release Notes

  • Core: Added ability to open scenes by dragging and dropping a scene file into the application window.
  • Core: Fixed key-based shortcuts for pause, reset, and apply timescale not working properly.
  • Core: Fixed collision sounds produced by items moving over conveyors.
  • Parts: Fixed Emitter timer behavior on scene reset.
  • Parts: Fixed rare bug that caused items on top of the turntable to disappear.
  • Parts: Increased stacker crane fork stroke by 0.1 m to 1.3 m. It now allows two stacker cranes to operate on the same rack (on both sides).
  • Drivers: Added warning icons next to tags with failures in the driver window.
  • Drivers: Opening a scene with the OPC driver enabled no longer displays an error.
  • Drivers: OPC UA automatically casts Bool to OPC numeric data types (true : 1, false : 0) and Int/Float to OPC Boolean data types (value != 0 : true; otherwise, false)
  • Drivers: OPC UA driver now shows correctly data types of nodes.
  • UI: Fixed scene list order arrow.
  • Licensing: Fixed automatic proxy detection and usage of Proxy Auto-Configuration (PAC) file.
