I’m having a serious problem with Factory IO and PLC_SIM using Simatic Manager.
in Level control scene, the bool values are working fine (Q0.0, etc.) but the real values such as (ID30, QD30, etc.) are not working at all.
no matter what I try, Run as administrator, change data type, Simatic manager is not writing or receiving at all.
Any suggestions?
What’s confusing is that sometimes it’s not working, but someytimes it’s working.
What am I missing here ?? did that ever happen to anyone ??
Like now, it’s working. sometimes what ever I try. nothing happens.
IO real value don’t respond to real inputs and Simatic manager doesn’t receive real signal.

The behaviour you describe is weird. Have you checked for possible overlapping of the ID/QD addresses?
If you could share your Factory I/O Driver and the Driver Configurations, that might be helpful.
